(Pink Sheets: TXIC), a China-based manufacturer of engineered vehicle body structures ("EVBS") and stamped parts for the commercial automotive industry, today announced that it has postponed its 2010 Annual Shareholders Meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, December 16, 2010.
The Company will announce a new date for the annual meeting in the near future as it completes an internal restructuring of the organization to more effectively move forward with its growth plans.
