Tudou Announces Collaboration with CCTV in Broadcasting "London Action"

SHANGHAI, April 18, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Tudou Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: TUDO) ("Tudou" or the "Company"), a leading Internet video company in China, announced today a joint collaboration with China Central Television Sports & Entertainment Ltd. ("CCTV"), China's state television broadcaster and the exclusive broadcaster for the London 2012 Olympic Games (the "Olympics") in China. Together, Tudou and CCTV will jointly broadcast London Action, a specially designed series of programs focusing on the Olympics.

Today marks the beginning of the 100-day countdown to the London 2012 Olympic Games and the launch of London Action, which will be made available exclusively to Tudou's 227 million monthly unique visitors through its Olympics channel. London Action represents CCTV's first theme program focused on the Olympics that will merge a variety of media formats, including news, interviews, documentaries and other feature stories to provide viewers with a holistic perspective of the Olympics. The program will feature and discuss the various sporting events, history and overall culture of the Olympics as well as its host city, London. In addition to exclusive access to London Action, Tudou will enhance its users' experience by allowing them to interact, comment and share content with other users.
