VCDY Signed DAR Sale and Process Contract with Derentang

SUINING CITY, China, April 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Recently, Suining Yinfa DAR Industrial Co., Ltd. (DAR Industrial), a subsidiary of Voice Diary Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VCDY), one of the leading industrialized agricultural corporations in China, signed year 2007 to 2012 DAR sale and process contract with Chengdu Derentang Pharmaceutical Ltd. (Derentang), the largest Chinese pharmaceutical company in Sichuan province with more than 600 medicine chain stores throughout China. According to the contract Derentang will purchase large amounts of DAR from DAR Industrial to process and sell. Both companies anticipate that the cooperation between DAR Industrial and Derentang could help to extend the Chinese DAR markets through this mutually beneficial agreement. The contract is expected to bring in DAR Industrial gross revenue of more than USD700, 000 in 2007, an increase of more than 150% over that of last year.

Pursuant to the contract, Derentang will be the exclusive agent of DAR Industrial on DAR primary product processing on condition that Derentang purchases no less than 200 tons of DAR raw materials annually from DAR Industrial. Derentang agrees to sell DAR raw material, DAR primary product of DAR Industrial’s in its 600+ medicine chain stores in China.
