(Nasdaq: VIMC), a leading fabless semiconductor company that designs advanced

recipient of the “Outstanding Financial Performance by a Public Fabless
Company Award” from the Fabless Semiconductor Association (FSA).
The FSA, a trade organization that facilitates the relationship between
fabless companies and their supplier partners, works to bring the global
supply chain together.

the award on behalf of Vimicro Dec. 7 at the 2006 FSA Awards Dinner
Celebration held at the Santa Clara Convention Center in California.
