entered into a joint venture -- Winner Medical Jordan Limited ("Winner
Jordan") -- with three Jordanian nationals. Winner Jordan, headquartered in
Amman, Jordan, is a trading company of which Winner Medical Group has 35%
ownership.
Winner Jordan is in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing
pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, disposable medical products, home care
products, cosmetics and ladies and baby care products. The Company's purpose
is to enhance cooperation, to improve production and to foster sales through
government bids and direct sales to hospitals of Winner products in all Gulf
countries.
