Xinhua Finance Media shareholders adopted the following resolutions proposed by the Company:
-- Approval of the election of Fredy Bush, Zhu Shan, Graham Earnshaw,
Aloysius Lawn, John Springer, Zhao Li, Long Qiu Yun, David Olson, Larry
Kramer, Steve Richards, Li Shantong and David Green to serve on the
board of directors until such director’s successor is duly elected or
appointed.
-- Ratification of the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. as
independent auditors of the Company for the fiscal year ending December
31, 2008.
