Yongye International to Host 2011 Analyst/Investor Event in China

The portion of the event in Beijing will include visits to independently-owned, Yongye branded stores in suburban Beijing.  The portion of the event in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, will include a management presentation, tours of the Company's two existing production facilities, and a visit to the lignite coal resource project the Company is in the process of acquiring.  Please note that Hohhot is approximately 45 minutes from Beijing by air.
