AuraSound Names Vice President of Finance

SANTE FE SPRINGS, Calif., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- AuraSound Inc., a publicly listed company (OTC Bulletin Board: ARUZ), has announced that they have named Mr. Alexis Evidente as vice president of finance effective immediately.

Mr. Evidente has broad financial leadership experience across several segments. He has worked for leading firms including Bear Stearns, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch, and has also been actively involved as a strategic consultant for several start-up companies. Most recently he served as director of finance for Malibu Compost, LLC, where he streamlined financial operations and played a vital role in raising capital. He is the co-founder of Clear Research, LLC, a small capitalization equity research firm. Mr. Evidente earned a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers University and a MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
