SÃO PAULO, Feb. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --The Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has provided transport for a humanitarian donation of more than 200,000 disposable masks to China to help fight the coronavirus in that country. Suzano donated the masks to the Brazilian Agency for Cooperation (ABC), a division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The cargo was shipped on February 15, and received by the Brazilian Embassy in Beijing on February 21. The Embassy will be distributing the masks to local authorities.
