The meeting will be held at Room 26A1-26A5, East Tower, Hanwei Building, No. 7 Guanghua Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. The shareholder record date is November 27, 2024. The purpose of the Meeting is to amend the Company's memorandum and articles of association currently in effect by the adoption of a new memorandum and articles of association to reflect the change in the ratio of its American depositary shares ("ADSs") to Class A ordinary shares, which was made effective on July 30, 2024.
