PHILADELPHIA, June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) today announced that Kristina Hermanson has been appointed Country Manager for FMC Australasia. She will lead the Australia and New Zealand businesses and report to Bethwyn Todd, FMC Asia Pacific President and Vice President of FMC Agricultural Solutions.
Hermanson joins FMC with an impressive leadership background across commercial planning, company transformation projects, business development, and strategy for multinational corporations. She has 20 years of international business experience, beginning as a mechanical engineer with Alstom in Switzerland. In 2007, Hermanson joined Archer Daniels Midland Co., a leading global agribusiness firm, and held roles across general management, commercial and business development, strategy, transformation and post-merger integration processes. Most recently, she served as Director of Growth and Collaboration at Coca-Cola Amatil.
"Kristina is a seasoned business leader, with experience spanning Europe and the Asia Pacific regions, including the past five years in Australia," Todd said. Hermanson is a non-executive board member of a nonprofit, Business for Development, aiming to grow inclusive business to tackle extreme poverty. She earned her M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.B.A. in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
