(Nasdaq: HLG) ("Hailiang Education" or the "Company"), an education and management service provider of primary, middle, and high schools in China, announced today that the Company will host its earnings conference call on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 8:30 am Eastern Time (5:30 am Pacific Time/9:30 pm Beijing Time) to discuss the Company's financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2021 ended September 30, 2020 (the "Financial Results"). The Company intends to file the Financial Results on Form 6-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission and release its earnings press release after the market closes on Monday, November 30, 2020.
