He is based in the Tokyo office in Japan.
With nearly 10 years of executive search expertise, Ken focuses on senior executive searches across the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on the asset management sector in Japan. He also leads senior HR and financial officer search engagements across a broad range of industries.

Ken began his career in financial services with American Express.
