Sizzling Garden Party at Friday Night BBQ

Guests can help themselves to selections from the Deluxe Hilton Salad Bar plus baked or mashed potatoes while the chefs grill a range of meats and seafood over the sizzling charcoal. Be enticed by the rich aromas of browning sausages, teriyaki chicken leg, beef burger, lamb skewer and pork rib. There’s also Thai-style squid and mushroom vegetable skewer, as well as sweet corn and Chinese bun with condensed milk, followed of course by a wide range of fresh fruit.
Those with an appetite for exquisite steak, lamb chops, tiger prawns, tuna steak or cod fish will have to pay a supplement on the basic cost.
