SHANGHAI, July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- It is with great pleasure that Qiming Venture Partners announces the promotion of Nisa Leung to Managing Partner effective immediately.
Nisa joined Qiming as a Venture Partner in 2006 to head our healthcare practice. Qiming is now regarded as one of the leading venture capital firms in China, and Nisa's leadership of our healthcare team is a significant reason for this.
Nisa currently sits on the board of Gan & Lee Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, Novast Pharmaceuticals, Crown Bioscience, Sangon Biotech, Nurotron, Goodwill Information Technology, Origene Technologies and has represented Qiming on other health care investments including CITIC Pharmaceuticals and Aeonmed Medical among others. Nisa received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from Cornell University. Nisa joins Duane Kuang, JP Gan, Hans Tung, and Gary Rieschel as Managing Partners of Qiming Venture Partners.
