The project's interior design, as created by DWP CitySpace, was adjudged by a team of technical experts and leading designers as the project that possesses the most distinctive and graceful interior design and decoration. In addition, the judges concurred that the external and internal functionality of the project is also exemplary and effective in fulfilling the needs of the urbanites. Sansiri was the only Thai real estate developer to receive an award in this category.
"BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2017" recognised impressive architectural masterpieces in four countries, namely, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines, and in four categories – hotel, office, retail and residential real estate.
Points are awarded in accordance with the five dimensions which are spatial design, comfort, aesthetics, innovation and realisation efficiency.

This competition provided an opportunity for both emerging and experienced architects and designers to showcase their creative ideas and promote excellence in designing outstanding interior spaces. The competition was also a chance for designers to generate awareness towards responsible designs (human, economic, environmental and ethical) and the importance of good design in our society. Submitted projects should be in the concept stage (completed on or before 31 December 2017) or completed (1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017).
