WEIFANG, China, Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The 2017 China-Japan-Korea Industry Expo, a platform to promote regional economic and trade cooperation, kicked off in Weifang city, east China's Shandong province on September 23.
The three-day expo displays advanced technologies and products in intelligent manufacturing, beauty industry and international food industry. High-end intelligent manufacturing, industrial robots, service and entertainment robots, VR technology, intelligent hardware, energy &environmental protection, 3D printing and other exhibits made debut at the expo, winning the hearts of many participants.
About 399 enterprises from 13 countries and regions, including China, Japan, South Korea and Germany, demonstrated their products, attracting 15,000 agents from 44 countries and regions to bargain and make purchases.
The expo is the third of its kind with the aim of deeply promoting the establishment of China, Japan and Korea Free Trade Zone and global cooperation on production capacity. This year, it focuses on innovation, interconnectivity, openness and mutual trust, and aims to establish a new platform for the construction of regional economic cooperation.
The China-Japan-Korea industry Expo serves as a new platform for Weifang and even areas surrounding the Bohai Sea to integrate the Belt and Road Initiative and promote cooperation among China, Japan and South Korea.
The expo is co-hosted by China Chamber of International Commerce, Japan's Association for the Promotion of International Trade, Korea International Trade Association and Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat, all of which are among top and the most influential organizations to promote economic and trade cooperation.
The Exhibitions and Events Department of China Chamber of International Commerce, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Shandong province and Weifang Municipal People's Government organized the expo.
