The one-day, interactive Summit will include presentations on the latest trends in PR and corporate communications, with special focus on reputation management, crisis communications, influence marketing and social media.
Mary Jo Jacobi, Former VP at British Petroleum during the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico will open the event with a keynote on crafting the right apology after a major crisis.
