Hailing from India, Sehgal previously working in top bars in both Delhi and Mumba including the illustrious Taj Hotel, Mumbai and as Head Bartender of renowned Mumbai restaurant and bar Ellipsis. In 2014, he joined the Hong Kong team at Michelin-starred 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, becoming the head mixologist, and led the restaurant to the list of "Asia's 50 Best Bars" for four years. His expertise and creativity in crafting cocktails have left guests with unforgettable impressions and received high acclaim in the industry.
Opened in 2021, The Aubrey has quickly become the talk of the cocktail world in Hong Kong. Located with extraordinary views of Victoria Harbour, The Aubrey, designed to resemble the residence of a 19th-century European art collector passionate about Japanism.
