SHANGHAI, April 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dianrong today announced the following financial leadership changes, effective immediately: Xuxia Kuang, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO). Yawen Cui has joined Dianrong as the new CFO. Ms. Kuang and Mr. Cui will report to Dianrong founder and CEO Soul Htite.

Ms. Kuang has almost two decades of financial and technology industries. Prior to joining Dianrong, she worked in the investment banking divisions of Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, where she oversaw nearly USD$100 billion in deals.
Before that, Ms. Kuang was a member of the core technical team at Oracle, where she was responsible for the design and development of real-time online collaboration tools and obtained multiple internet technology patents.
Ms. Kuang received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in finance and strategic management. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a double degree in economics and computer mathematics.

Mr. Cui is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in Canada and an authority on international and domestic accounting standards and related financial, tax, and auditing regulations and policies.
Prior to joining Dianrong, Yawen was CFO of Ali Sports Co. Ltd., where he established corporate financial and internal control systems, and completed the A Round of funding. Before that, he was CFO of AllTech International Group, an international medical equipment manufacturer, and he headed the Investment & Legal Dept. of CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd., where he led the merges of domestic and foreign uranium companies and coordinated public listings on the NASDAQ, Hong Kong, Australian and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
Mr. Cui holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a Masters of Mathematical Finance from The University of Hull. He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at The Central University of Finance and Economics.
Long Hsiang Loh, Dianrong's previous COO, remains on the executive leadership team and will assume a new role to be announced in due course.
