Hong Kong Airlines Celebrates Inaugural Flight to Phnom Penh, Cambodia

HONG KONG, Feb. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hong Kong Airlines, the internationally-acclaimed full-service airline, celebrated its inaugural thrice-weekly direct service to Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 27 February 2016. To mark the official launch of this new route, Hong Kong Airlines held celebrations at Hong Kong International Airport and Phnom Penh International Airport.

Before departure, all passengers taking the inaugural flight were presented with a specially designed inaugural certificate and souvenirs as a sign of gratitude for their support for the Phnom Penh service.

Upon touching down at the destination, Phnom Penh International Airport organized a water cannon salute followed by a traditional dance performance to welcome all passengers and flight crew.
