About the HRO Today Baker's Dozen ranking
HRO Today Baker's Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated service; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. HRO Today collects global feedback annually through an online survey in order to determine an overall ranking, analyse results across three sub categories: service breadth, size and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, calculates scores in all three sub categories as well as the overall.
