YS to Deliver Keynote Speech at Field Service Management 2019 in Sydney
BURLINGTON, Massachusetts, April 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- ClickSoftware, the leading provider of field service management software, today announced that its new Vice President, Yong Sheng Lee, will be speaking at Field Service Management 2019. The event will take place April 16-17, 2019 at The Hilton Sydney, in Sydney, Australia.
Yong Sheng (YS) Lee joins ClickSoftware from Oracle via the RightNow acquisition in 2012, where he was the head of sales in Asia Pacific. At Oracle, YS was responsible for leading the Service Cloud business in APAC before he was appointed Senior Director of their CX Cloud Application Development, JAPAC, in 2016. Field service has been a large part of YS's product portfolio, and he brings years of experience as well as a slightly different perspective to the business.
