MONTREAL, June 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Averna, the leading global Test & Quality Solutions provider, announced today that, effective as of June 1 2019, Francois Rainville became President and CEO of the company. Former CEO and President Andre Gareau has moved to a new position as Executive Chairman of the Board.
Andre Gareau took the leadership at Averna in June 2012 with Rainville joining shortly after. Under their combined leadership, Averna has grown 300%, building from 3 to now 10 locations worldwide, including offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

A seasoned technology entrepreneur, Francois Rainville started with Averna as VP of Sales & Marketing. In 2017, Rainville became the company's Chief Operating Officer. Rainville will continue to work towards building on the company's foundation and achievements in this new role.
