Zoom Pro-AV integration partner Ideal Systems today announces the launch of its new Zoom Room rental service using the DTEN all-in-one video conference system

SINGAPORE, Sept. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Ideal Systems announce they are now offering DTEN's all-in-one Zoom Room video conferencing device as a rental service in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, with more countries coming soon. The new service is targeted at Businesses, Schools, and Government Departments who want to be able to roll out and easily manage Zoom Rooms in the current times of travel restrictions and social distancing. The new service offering from Ideal Systems offers free delivery of the DTEN device, installation and set-up of the Zoom Room including integration to Outlook or Google Calendars for Zoom call scheduling and room booking.

Cavan Ho, Regional Manager at DTEN for Southeast Asia, said, "We are delighted to partner with Ideal Systems in the region, their ability to provide the DTEN as a rental service backed up by their installation, integration and support capabilities makes them the ideal partner for us."

"Covid-19 has changed the global business landscape and how business is done by catalyzing the adoption of video conferencing in particular with Zoom. DTEN and Zoom have made it easy to deploy Zoom Rooms, and now our new rental model makes Zoom Rooms easy to afford, manage and support," Fintan Mc Kiernan, CEO of Ideal Systems for Southeast Asia.

The breakthrough with the DTEN is simplicity. All of the cameras, wires, speakers and microphones usually used for video conferencing are gone, it's "Zoom Room in a box". It's as easy to use as an app on a smartphone or laptop, but on a commercial 55" or 75" screen. The DTEN has an internal 4K camera that can track presenters and a 16 element microphone array that can focus on the person speaking anywhere in the room with a powerful on-board computer with digital signal processing developed with Zoom to ensure clear audio and minimize background noise. The operating system has been locked down to ensure security and updates are managed via the Zoom Portal.

Zoom and DTEN have streamlined and simplified the remote conference process, from booking meetings to instantly sharing content with participants, allowing businesses to maximize efficiency in communication. The RED DOT award-winning device also comes with a touch screen enabling it as a digital whiteboard with functionality for annotating documents and graphics within the Zoom call. Copies of the whiteboard can be emailed directly from the screen. The DTEN also supports wireless screen sharing for users who want to present content directly from their laptop without fiddling with VGA or HDMI cables, just seamless and easy presentation.

To demonstrate the impressive qualities of the DTEN for Zoom Rooms, Ideal Systems is offering customers a free 30-day trial including installation and setup before commencing monthly rental.
