A spokesperson at LSIS said that the company is participating in 'Hannover Messe 2018' being held in Hannover, Germany for 5 days from April 23 to April 27 to promote the capability of integrated solution technology in the area of smart energy with the main concept being 'Integrated Solution in Campus Microgrid'.
LSIS has prepared exhibition space of 14 booths (125m2) in total with the three themes of experiencing campus microgrid, digital transformation and platform-based customized solution so that global customers can personally experience the company's solutions.
The campus microgrid experiencing zone provides customers with an opportunity to experience through games the solution applied to the campus microgrid of Seoul National University, which is LSIS's representative smart energy project.
Of particular interest is the DC (direct current) Island Project being established on Seogeochado Island jointly with KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation), which is being introduced at the exhibition through experiential media combining a soccer game with the concept of ESS recharging, which is already receiving favorable responses from spectators.
Also, together with DC electric device solution equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Modular Scalable PCS (Power Conditioning System), which is enables independent smart operation by modularizing PEBB (Power Electronic Building Block) by the unit of capacity, is being introduced into the global DC solution market which is rapidly growing from Europe.
In addition, the next-generation power distribution diagnosis system, Cloud monitoring service applying Amazon Web service, compact AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) and switchgear solution produced jointly with Rittal, a global switchgear panel producer, are also being introduced.
