The evaluation was based on an anonymous survey of SCHURTER AG apprentices. The report from Great Place to Work® concluded that learners at SCHURTER feel a high degree of trust, pride and pleasure in their work. In addition to the variety of measures, the originality and creativity of the design of apprenticeship training were also taken into account.
