XIONG'AN, China, Dec. 18, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 17, the delivery ceremony of the first elevator of Group B2 in Rongdong District of Xiong'an New Area and the completion ceremony of 110,000 elevators of Hitachi Elevator in 2020 were held at the project site. Hitachi Elevator has completed the installation of the 110,000th elevator in 2020, and delivered the first elevator in Xiong'an resettlement area to the Project Leader--Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Leaders and guests from Hebei Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Institute, Baoding Hebei Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Institute, China Railway Construction Real Estate Group, Beijing Shuangyuan Engineering Consultation & Supervision Co., Ltd., Beijing Construction Engineering Group and Hitachi (China) Co., Ltd. attended the event.
The resettlement housing project in Rongdong District of Xiong'an New Area undertakes the Phase I resettlement task of residents in the new area. There are 92 residential buildings, 1 apartment, 1 office building, 1 primary school, 1 kindergarten and 1 community activity center in Group B2 of Xiong'an Rongdong District. It is a coordinated integration, green intelligent and comprehensive functional area suitable for living and business, with the main function of living and residence. Hitachi Elevator provides all the 361 elevator products and services for Group B2.
Group B2 started construction on April 30 this year, with high construction quality requirements and tight construction period. During the construction period, Hitachi Elevator strictly implemented the construction principle of high standard and high quality, and fully cooperated with the Project Leader to steadily promote the project construction. In terms of project implementation, Hitachi Elevator applied the WAN construction method, which has obvious advantages and practicability in improving installation quality, enhancing work efficiency and reducing labor intensity of operators, providing high-quality, safe and efficient elevator installation service for the Project.
At the ceremony, Hitachi Elevator and Beijing Construction Engineering Group signed a Cooperation Agreement on "ensuring safety, creating high quality and striving for high efficiency". Liang Yaoqiang, Vice President of Hitachi Elevator, said that in accordance with the target requirements of "Xiong'an Quality", strict engineering quality supervision was implemented in the process of project promotion to accelerate the construction of Xiong'an New Area with high standards and quality, ensuring the smooth completion of the project construction.
