SHANGHAI, Sept. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On September 12, 2018 China Telecom and Unisoc's Full NetCom joint launching Ceremony was held at Shangri-La Hotel in Guangzhou. Unisoc announced that it has joined China Telecom's NetCom industry alliance to help Telecom's Full NetCom development and provide better products for its telecom partners. In 2015, China Telecom and China Unicom released the "White Paper on all-network 6-mode devices" to promote the all-network terminal. In April and June 2017, they were certified and accredited by GCF and GSMA, the international standards organizations. At the beginning of 2018, China Telecom announced 2018 terminal strategy and the plans to launch the full version of NetCom 3.0 and promote the network development through incentives, higher standards and sales.
