Every diner will be presented with a complimentary bowl of double-boiled cordyceps sinensis with sea conch soup. Our chef will also be opening live oysters at our guests' tables to preserve their fresh and succulent taste. Other specialty dishes featured at the special winter buffet will include braised lamb with bean curd sheets and water chestnuts, steamed black chicken with medlar and red dates as well as roasted duck breast with wild mushroom sauce. In addition, teppanyaki beef and glutinous rice with cured meat will be served throughout the course of the buffet.
