BEIJING, April 15 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- According to measurements by Qinghai Seismological Network, on April 14, 2010 07 hours 49 minutes, a M7.1 earthquake with a focal depth of 33 km occurred in the Tibetan Autonomous region in Qinghai province, Yushuzhou (latitude 33.1 degrees N 096.7 degrees). According to 11:00 report from Bureau of Civil Affairs for Yushuzhou, the earthquake resulted in partial housing collapse in Jie Gu town, Yushu County, with casualties.
