Joan Xu graduated from the Hospitality Management School of Cesar Ritz Switzerland ICHM Washington CT, USA. She has over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, working in Switzerland, the United States and mainland China where she has been associated with some prominent leading international hotels including the Park Hyatt and Marriott Hotels with various posts in Food & Beverage division and Sales & Marketing division. Prior to being appointed to the current role, she was the Assistant Director of Marketing at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao.
