NEW YORK, May 3, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Following the record success of the sale of Round Rock Research's Covenant Not to Sue at ICAP's recent auction for $38.5 million, ICAP Patent Brokerage presents a limited offer of new Freedom to Operate Agreements from Walker Digital LLC. These new agreements are specifically designed for companies currently in litigation with Walker Digital and provide the purchaser with the ability to eliminate the uncertainty inherent in litigation and to effectively manage their corporate risk. The covenants are available through ICAP's auction platform and can also be purchased immediately.

"The sale of the Round Rock Research Covenant Not to Sue demonstrates a need for operating companies to efficiently, and anonymously, eliminate the risk of patent litigation," said Dean Becker, CEO of ICAP Patent Brokerage. "The Walker Digital Freedom to Operate Agreements will provide the same opportunity to at risk operating companies, and should be considered a valuable risk management tool to those companies and their shareholders."

A limited number of these agreements are available for purchase. For more information, contact Dean Becker at Dean.Becker@us.icap.com or (561) 309-0011.
