361 Degrees Reports Sales Order Growth of 53% for the 2012 Kids Spring/Summer Trade Fair

HONG KONG, Sept.6, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- 361 Degrees International Limited ("361 Degrees" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"; HKSE stock code: 1361), one of the leading sports brand enterprises in China, is pleased to announce the following results of its 2012 Kids Spring/Summer Trade Fair, held in its own exhibition halls in Jinjiang recently.

The Company operates its Kids wear as an independent, bottom-line driven business and the above Trade Fair is one of two held every year. The business unit is headed by Mr. Chan Zhicheng, a Taiwanese with many years of experience in this industry. All aspects of the business -- from product design to outsourcing are independently run.

As 361 Degrees Kids has only been in operation for less than two years, the comparative base is obviously small and both volumes and margins have yet to stabilize. It has, however, got off to a good start and the Company hopes to develop this business such that it accounts for about 10% of the Group's turnover after 3 years.

As at 30 June 2011, the Group had 766 point-of-sale outlets for its kids business. Of this, about 156 were counters within existing larger 361 Degrees stores. The rest are dedicated Kids outlets, with 365 in standalone stores at street level and the remainder in shopping malls. The average size of these outlets is about 40 sq. metres.

For the year ended 30 June 2011, 361 Degrees Kids contributed 4.4% of the Group's turnover.
