NEW YORK, Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- McCann Worldgroup announced today the appointment of Fred Schuster as CEO of its new global creative production company (formerly known as EXP). Schuster will report to Nick Brien, Chairman and CEO of McCann Worldgroup, and will be responsible for continuing to build on McCann Worldgroup's EXP capability and transform it into a leading global creative production and delivery engine.

Prior to joining McCann Worldgroup, Schuster was CEO of RedWorks, Ogilvy's global integrated creative and production company. Schuster joined Ogilvy in 1995 and was appointed CEO of RedWorks Worldwide in 2008. Schuster helped to launch RedWorks in more than 50 offices in 40 countries across North America, Europe, South America and Asia. Under his leadership, RedWorks launched multiple low-cost 'offshore' production hubs and developed numerous global models for clients including Kodak, Unilever, American Express, and IBM. Prior to his global position, Schuster was Managing Director of RedWorks New York, where he built a staff of over 120+ creative, account, and production specialists who provided a wide range of creative marketing services.
