Court Rules in Favor of Milliken & Company in Chinese Patent Case

SHANGHAI, Jan. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Milliken & Company has won judgment in support of a decision by the Patent Reexamination Board ("PRB") regarding a patent asserted in its lawsuit involving Zhejiang 8Telecom Co., Ltd./ Hangzhou Lefa Network Technologies Co., Ltd.

In its judgment, the Beijing 1st Intermediate People's Court of the People's Republic of China upheld an earlier decision by the PRB of the State Intellectual Property Office validating the patent regarding fabric innerduct.
