Mr David Faulkner, Chairman of the Organising Committee of RICS Hong Kong Awards 2012, said, 'I am excited to see that so many excellent teams and individuals have submitted their entries for the first RICS Hong Kong Property Awards 2012. There are many awards relating to real estate market recognizing the project or building itself but little recognition of the person or the team who put the projects together. We hope that through the successful staging of this ceremony, RICS Hong Kong Property Awards will become an industry must-have event annually.'

Mr Nicholas Brooke, Chairman of Jury Panel of RICS Hong Kong Awards 2012, said, 'I am honored to be the Chairman of the Jury Panel of the RICS Hong Kong Property Award 2012.  All the entries were of a very high standard, which made the selection a challenging job for us. However it is very encouraging to see so many excellent property teams and individuals being nominated and we anticipate receiving even more entries for next year's RICS Hong Kong Property Awards as the Awards gain prominence and industry recognition.'
