HONOLULU, Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- WI Environmental today announces the availability of its blending and distribution rights for China of its trademarked product XR-88. XR-88 is the only product proven to help the environment by permanently remediating heavy metals including hexavalent chromium and poisons turning them inert and benign to the environment. XR-88 has passed all China National Standards and U.S. EPA regulations.
"China has a great need for our product but it should be blended and distributed in China to be cost effective. XR-88 is the only product that treats heavy metals including hexavalent chromium and does not require hazardous waste disposal. Five years of successful treatability studies proved XR-88 would treat any of China's heavy metal problems. To date XR-88 is the only product worldwide that has passed the U.S. EPA TCLP test for leachability and achieved this with many contaminants including hexavalent chromium which has been recently reported in coal ash and other manufacturing processes and is a known cancer causing pollutant.
