SHANGHAI, Feb. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jin Jiang International Hotel Management Company Ltd. officially announces the securing of the management contract of Jin Jiang Joy Lake Hotel Jianhu with Jiangsu Kwin Real Estate Co., Ltd. The hotel is scheduled to open within Q3 2013.
The Jin Jiang Joy Lake Hotel Jianhu is located in Jianhu county in Yancheng, a prefecture-level city north of Jiangsu province. Jianhu is predominantly agricultural land, with many rivers and canals running through it, and is home to a thriving energy-saving lighting manufacturing industry. The hotel will be set within convenient access to Jianhu’s main transport links such as Yancheng Airport, Jianhu Railway Station, Yancheng Railway Station and to tourist attractions and historical sites such as the politician and diplomat, Qiao Guanhua’s former residence, Menglong Pagoda, Xitang River and Jiulongkou Scenic Region.
This 5 star hotel, standing at 24 stories and covering an area of 55, 000 square meters, will feature 285 elegantly designed guestrooms, all equipped with modern amenities, including broadband Internet and cable TV. The hotel will also feature a specially designed Japanese and Korean style room, as well as offering a range of luxurious suites. The hotel will have a range of meeting and conferences rooms, a multi-functional hall which can hold up to 820 people, a business center and several restaurants ranging from Chinese to Western cuisines. Additional facilities include a gym, spa, yoga room, table tennis room and beauty salon.
