Contracted Sales

• From January to February 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 2.125 billion and 196,000 sq.m., respectively. Contracted ASP from January to February 2013 was approximately RMB 10,800/sq.m.
• The Group's contracted sales in the first 2 months of 2013 represents a year-on-year increase of 2.7 times over the contracted sales in the same period in 2012.
• In February 2013, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 725 million and contracted GFA of approximately 73,000 sq.m. Contracted ASP in February 2013 was approximately RMB 9,900/sq.m.  The Group's contracted sales for February 2013 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 60% (compared to February 2012).

Land Acquisition

• In February 2013, the Group successfully purchased the following new projects through public auctions/tenders:
