Meeting Startup Specialists and Outstanding Entrepreneurs from Asia in CoCoon

HONG KONG, April 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today marks the first day of the inaugural CoCoon Annual Startup Exchange (C.A.S.E.), a two-day conference featuring outstanding entrepreneurs across Asia. The opening ceremony is held in CoCoon with great attendance and success.

C.A.S.E. is honored to have Mr. Bernard Chan, GBS, JP, Member of Executive Council; Mr. Charles Peter Mok, Member of Legislative Council; Mr. Herman Lam, CEO of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited; Mr. Anthony Tan, CEO of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and Mr. Maximilian Ma, MBE, Co-founder of CoCoon as Guests of Honor. Mr. Jamie Lin, Founder of appWorks Ventures from Taiwan, is one of the Keynote Speakers of the conference.

Successful entrepreneurs and angel investors are invited as the guest speakers of the first day's conference. The pitch session is open to conference participants for voting. Winning teams will be awarded HKD20,000, HKD10,000 and HKD5,000 cash prize respectively. The result will be announced tomorrow.
