RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference Helps Hong Kong Stay at its Competitive Edge

HONG KONG, April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference, in its 5th year, will be held on 3rd May 2012 (Friday) at JW Marriott Hong Kong Hotel at 9:00am. With the theme of "Riding the Wave of Competition", the Conference brings in a powerful line-up of speakers from London, New York and Hong Kong to take a closer look at the competitive landscapes from both global and Hong Kong's perspectives.

As globalisation is changing the way, Hong Kong needs to know its strength and weakness and learns from overseas examples. Seeing the importance to keep Hong Kong's competitiveness, RICS Hong Kong Annual Conference will feature topics to look at the global landscape, challenges in land use, and how Hong Kong can stay its attractiveness in terms of the commercial property and residential market. During the conference, participants can also give their instant feedback and views in an interactive way through the live voting system.

In addition to this new feature, a career session will be organised for the first time at the foyer of conference area for students to meet and chat with representatives from established real estate firms including CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, EC Harris, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, Rider Levett Bucknall and Swire Properties.
