"The ultimate goal of this Business Speed Networking event was to provide students and young professionals with a fun opportunity to connect with industry experts to get advice about a future career based on professional accounting skills, and it was a record breaking success," commented Peter Lee, Divisional President - Greater China of CPA Australia.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important Chinese festivals ever since the early Tang dynasty. The festival brings together family and friends to celebrate the abundance of good harvest under the full moon. Traditionally, the celebration is a three-day event consisting of family gatherings, enjoying lantern displays and delicious festival foods. Mooncakes are an important symbol of good fortune and are gifted to one another, in particular in business, to convey blessings.
