Demonstrates Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute Across Wired and Wireless Networking

HONG KONG, Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN), a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise, today announced that in Gartner Inc.'s latest "Magic Quadrant for Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure" report, Aruba has been positioned in the Leader's quadrant for the second year in a row.

This year's "Magic Quadrant for Wired and Wireless LAN Infrastructure" marks the second time that Gartner has combined wireless and wired LAN infrastructure into one report. Both times, Aruba has appeared in the Leader's quadrant.

In the new Magic Quadrant report, Gartner continues, as it has previously, to evaluate vendors based on two criteria: completeness of vision and ability to execute. It includes a summary of each vendor, as well as an assessment of each vendor's strengths and weaknesses.

"We believe Aruba's continued position in the Leader's quadrant demonstrates the progress that we make each year in delivering innovative solutions that meet our customer's needs," said Beverly Lu, Vice President, Marketing, Asia Pacific and Japan of Aruba Networks. "With unique offerings like Aruba WorkSpace, our recently-announced 802.11ac solution, differentiated by the patented ClientMatch technology, and exciting new technologies that we're bringing into the mix with the acquisition this year of Meridian, we're confident that Aruba will continue to demonstrate leadership in both wired and wireless networking. We're pleased that Gartner has again recognized Aruba for its vision, technological innovation, execution and customer satisfaction."
