SHANGHAI, Oct. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- By leveraging the brand strength and visibility of the world's largest dyeing industry show, backed by a 13-year successful track record, the China International Dye Industry, Pigments and Textile Chemicals Exhibition (CHINA INTERDYE), the 3rd stop of Interdye Asia, organized by the China Dyestuff Industry Association (CDIA), the China Dyeing and Printing Association (CDPA), and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Shanghai Sub-Council, will be held at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Indonesia on October 24-26, 2013.

As the third stop of the overseas trade fair organized independently by China following the first two stops of the Asian tour, each in India and Turkey respectively, this year's event is being viewed with great importance by both the Chinese and Indonesian governments as well as their respective embassies and consulates. Wang Zhuo, CDIA Chairman, Yang Hong, Head of Exhibition at CCPIT, Lin Lin, CDPA Secretary-General, Gu Chunting, Assistant to the Chairman of CCPIT Shanghai Sub-Council and President of Shanghai International Exhibition Co., Ltd., F. Tony Tanduk of Basic Chemical Industry, Ministry of Industry, Indonesia, Ramon Bangun, Director of Textile at Ministry of Industry of Indonesia, and Mintardjo Halim, Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Textile Association, will attend the opening ceremony.

The exhibition has received a lot of attention from the international dye and pigment community, with a roster of 120 exhibitors from Germany, Canada, India, Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong displaying their wares, including Yorkshire, Jagson, Everlight, T&T, Lonsen, RunTu, JiHua, YaBang, JECO, Transfar, DeMei, RuYi, Phoenix, and JingJin. A variety of newly developed eco-friendly dyes, organic pigments, textile printing and dyeing additives, as well as related machinery and equipment, will be showcased on the nearly 4,000-square meter exhibition floor.

This year's event has gained strong support from the Indian Council for the Promotion of Chemical Trade and the Indonesia Textile Association. The former has organized a large group of exhibitors from India who will attend the event. During the exhibition, the Asian Forum on the Development of the International Dye, Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry will take place concurrently, as well as visits to textile printing and dyeing factories in Indonesia.

Indonesia is a major textile and clothing producer. Among the over 130 countries and territories to which China exports dyes directly, its exports to Indonesia have always ranked in the top two places. This year's event is expected to make new and valuable contributions to both Indonesia's and China's as well as to the world's dye industry, while enabling exhibitors to expand their international presence, create international brands, enhance joint venture partnerships and partake of win-win opportunities.
