TAIPEI, Oct. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CSA Group, a leading global testing and certification organization announced today expansion of its one-stop local services to include new testing and certification services for Hazardous Location (HazLoc) products in Taiwan as it continues to enhance the "customer-centric" service commitment. It means that HazLoc product manufacturers in Taiwan wishing to export to Europe, North America and other markets around the globe will be able to gain multiple certifications based upon local testing carried out at CSA's Taiwan laboratory.
HazLoc testing and certification services is a key localised service of CSA Group Taiwan. To ensure customers have efficient services and clear understanding of the relevant standards and testing and certification services, CSA Group Taiwan office launched its first HazLoc technical seminar for customers on 18 October to have a close communication and exchange with Taiwan customers.

The first HazLoc technical seminar of CSA Group widely invited Taiwan customers and technical experts from North America and Taiwan to explain the European ATEX standards, North American standards and international IECEx certification standards and requirements, as well as the relevant CSA Group services.
CSA Taiwan laboratory will test and certify HazLoc products to the applicable requirements and standards to support the growing demand of Taiwan HazLoc product manufacturers for different certification marks to various markets of the globe. New service will benefit CSA Group customers by reducing travel time and costs associated with testing samples and by shortening turnaround time of reports. CSA Group will be the only point which customers need to contact during the process. This further demonstrates CSA Group's vigilance in being a global service provider.
