Contracted Sales
- In March 2014, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 2.25 billion (being a new record high for the Group's monthly contracted sales) with contracted GFA of approximately 164,600 sq.m. Contracted ASP in March 2014 was approximately RMB 13,670 / sq.m. The Group's contracted sales for March 2014 represented a year-on-year increase of approximately 82% (compared to March 2013) and an increase of approximately 178% (compared to February 2014).
- From January to March 2014, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 5.27 billion and 398,400 sq.m., respectively. Contracted ASP from January to March 2014 was approximately RMB 13,230 / sq.m. The Group's contracted sales in the first three months of 2014 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 57% over the contracted sales in the same period in 2013.
