HONG KONG, Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (AmCham HK) is proud to announce that over 10 global/APAC CEOs of renowned multinational companies will be sharing their insights on Mainland China's New Normal at its Annual China Conference, to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong at 8:00am - 2:30pm on September 1, 2015.
AmCham HK's Annual China Conferences bring together more than 200 senior executives and experts from world-class companies and organizations in Hong Kong and the region to discuss and assess trends in Mainland China's economic development and evolving domestic and international business issues.
As China shifts into a new stage of economic development and a new growth model that aims for a lower but healthier growth rate, foreign companies operating in China have to adapt to "the New Normal" -- a concept that is still being explained and refined -- and adjust their strategies accordingly.
The Chamber is honored and pleased to have two keynote speakers highlighting the conference -- Christopher Johnson, Senior Advisor and Freeman Chair in China Studies of Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS); and Gordon Orr, Chairman of McKinsey Asia.
An impressive collection of senior executives will engage in discussion and respond to questions in four small, highly-interactive panels focused on four topics concerning foreign business strategy and operations in China --
As in previous years, the structure of the AmCham HK 2015 China Conference is to avoid a long string of individual presentations, but instead to provide speakers and panelists more time to interact with the audience. The sharing approach is intended to give all participants food for thought, advice for action, and plenty of time to ask questions and network.
