("The Company"), (Nasdaq: AMCN), a leading operator of out-of-home advertising platforms in China targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011 after the U.S. market closes on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. The Company will hold an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2011 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
