BEIJING, Nov. 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- The results are in as members of the American Chamber of Commerce in China (AmCham-China) have elected a new slate of governors to lead the organization in 2009. A new Chairman, three Vice-Chairs and ten Governors were announced after member voting concluded on November 12.
The results from the AmCham-China 2009 Board of Governor elections are:

AmCham-China's current Chairman, James Zimmerman of Squire, Sander & Dempsey L.L.C., will serve in his position until the end of 2008 when the new Chairman and other officers take their posts. Zimmerman served the organization and its members as Chairman for two one-year terms and was precluded by term limits from running again.
